Assistant IT Technician

The Assistant I.T. Technician's role is to support and maintain departmental computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree is preferred but not necessary
• Must pass a background check
• Working knowledge of relevant hardware, operating systems and software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills

Benefits Include:

2 weeks paid vacation after one year, 3 personal leave days, 8 hours sick leave per month. Health, Dental, and vision options available.
Salary range is $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
