The Coles County Health Department provides blood draw by appointment. A prescription from your doctor is required.
The cost of the blood draw varies and is based on the specific labs being performed (as indicated by the doctor's prescription). Accepted payment for blood draw services are: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We cannot bill insurance for blood draws.
