Blood Lead Level Testing
Childhood lead poisoning is one of the most common and preventable pediatric health problems in the United States. Lead occurs naturally in our environment such as: paint, dust, drinking water and dirt. Follow-up case management for those whose blood lead level is above 5. Lead poisoning information on prevention, intervention, and home renovation. Available by appointment only.
Ages Served: Any child from 6 months to 6 years who meet the lead screening requirements. All Medicaid-eligible children should receive a blood level test at 12 months and 24 months.
All Illinois children need a lead screening before entering Daycare, Preschool and Kindergarten.

HIV / AIDS Program
Anonymous HIV testing and counseling is offered
Rapid test and confirmatory blood draw available.
Fee for test: $25.00
Information on assistance for individuals living with HIV/AIDS is provided and includes: education, informational materials, and presentations
Ages Served: 12 years and older. Children under 12 years of age need parental permission.
